1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 499 BDT. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual will be closed and any balances may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your details change, you must update them through your account settings or by contacting support.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

499 BDT accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions on the platform are processed in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied by 499 BDT, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the relevant market is voided by 499 BDT. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 499 BDT reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals during the review period. 499 BDT will aim to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to you via your registered email address.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as outlined in the fee schedule.
